🍃 1. The essentials / About the property
What's the maximum number of guests?
Depending on the apartment, 2–4 guests. You can also rent an entire floor and stay with up to 7 people.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are generally welcome in all suites, for a fee of €15 per pet/night. Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are very welcome. Please pay particular attention to the balcony – children should not climb on chairs, tables, or railings.
Are a travel cot and high chair available?
Yes, we're happy to provide them on request. Please let us know before you arrive.
Is the property fenced in?
No, but the Kurpark Suites are located right by the idyllic spa park.
Is it suitable for workation?
Yes, every apartment has WiFi, a workspace, and a quiet setting.
Is it accessible for people with disabilities?
Please contact us directly – some apartments have limited accessibility features but are not fully wheelchair accessible.

How can I book?
Directly through our website, by phone, or via common platforms (e.g. Booking, Airbnb).
What are the cancellation terms?
The terms of the German Tourism Association (DTV) apply. We recommend travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs.
Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, of course.
Where can I find the house rules?
You'll receive the house rules in advance by email, and again on-site in your guest folder.
I haven't received a booking confirmation – what should I do?

🍃 3. Check-in & check-out
How do I get to the property?
By car: from the A8, Bad Aibling exit, approx. 3 km to the town centre, then towards the spa park → Meggendorferstraße 1.
By train: get off at Bad Aibling, approx. 5 minutes on foot to reach us.
Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available right at the property: 2 spaces in front of the garage and 4 behind the garden.
How does key handover work?
You'll receive an individual 5-digit PIN code for the front door and your apartment. This is changed after every stay.
What time is check-in?
From 3:00 pm. Please call us about 30 minutes before you arrive.
What time do I need to check out?
By 10:00 am.
Is there a reception on-site?
No, but we're reachable by phone and are nearby in person.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, by arrangement and subject to availability.

Is there a contact person on-site?
Yes, we're available by phone at any time on 08061 93913366.
Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, both are included in the price.
Can I cook there?
Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.
Is there a coffee machine?
Yes, every apartment has a Philips Senseo pod coffee machine. On arrival, you'll find 2 pods provided. It's easy to use: fill the water tank, place a Senseo pod in the pod holder, insert the holder (for 1 or 2 cups), and close the lid. Switch on the machine, press the desired cup size, and the coffee runs through automatically.
Is there a kettle?
Yes, every apartment has a kettle and a selection of teas.
Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, every apartment has a hairdryer.
Is there a fan?
Yes, every apartment has a fan.
How do I dispose of rubbish?
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins on the property.
Is there a washing machine and drying facilities?
Yes, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement.
Where's the nearest shop?
Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all within a few minutes' walk.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, several restaurants, cafés, and beer gardens are within walking distance.
How does linen changing work for longer stays?
For long-term stays, bed linen and towels can be changed for a fee of €7.
Is a mid-stay clean possible?
Yes, a mid-stay clean can be arranged directly with our cleaning staff and costs €59.

Is there WiFi?
Yes, free in all apartments.
Is there CCTV?
Yes, entrance areas and parking spaces are monitored by CCTV. The recordings are used solely for security purposes and are automatically deleted after 60 days.
Am I allowed to have visitors?
Possible by arrangement. Parties and celebrations are not permitted.
