What is the maximum number of guests allowed?
Depending on the apartment, 2–4 guests. You can also rent an entire floor and stay there with up to 7 people.

What if we are a group of five?
Please contact us directly. Depending on availability and by prior arrangement, we can provide you with an additional folding bed.

I have allergies – do you have carpets?
No. We deliberately avoid carpets and other unnecessary dust traps to keep the rooms as allergy-friendly as possible. We also largely avoid heavily dust-binding decoration and unnecessary textiles. The rooms are fitted with low-maintenance, easy-to-clean surfaces and are cleaned thoroughly on a regular basis. If you are allergic to dog or cat hair, please contact us in advance.

Are dogs allowed?
Yes, by prior arrangement and for a surcharge of €15 per pet/night. However, dogs may not be left unattended in the apartment.

Are cats allowed?
Yes, by prior arrangement and for a surcharge of €15 per pet/night. However, cats may not be left unattended in the apartment.

Are other pets allowed?
Yes, by prior arrangement and for a surcharge of €15 per pet/night. However, pets may not be left unattended in the apartment.

Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are very welcome. Please pay special attention to the balcony – children should not climb on chairs, tables, or railings.

Are a crib and high chair available?
Yes, we're happy to provide them on request. Please let us know before your arrival.

Is the property fenced in?
No, but Kurpark Suites is located directly next to the idyllic Kurpark.

Is it suitable for workation?
Yes, every apartment has WiFi, a workspace, and a quiet location.

Is it suitable for people with disabilities?
Please contact us directly – some apartments are low-barrier, but not fully wheelchair accessible.

How can I book?
Directly through our website. If you have any questions, we're happy to help by phone or email.

What is included in the price?
Your booking also includes bed linen, towels, free parking, and the local visitor's tax (Kurtaxe).

What is the "Kurtaxe" (local visitor's tax)?
In Bad Aibling it amounts to €3.00 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over. The arrival and departure day together count as one day of stay. Exempt from the Kurtaxe are: Children under the age of 14 Companions of severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 80% and the "B" mark on their severely disabled person's ID card Guests who, for verified health reasons (medical certificate), are unable to leave the accommodation Persons staying in the area solely for professional reasons Conference/seminar participants staying only one night, provided the accommodation was organized by the event organizer. Reduced to €1.75 per person per night: severely disabled persons with a degree of disability of at least 80% (upon presentation of their severely disabled person's ID card); conference/seminar participants on a multi-day stay (from the first night onward)

What benefits do I get from the Kurtaxe?
With the Kurtaxe you receive the Bad Aibling guest card and a bonus booklet. Throughout your entire stay, this serves as your pass to numerous free services and discounts, for example: free rides on the Moor-Express (bus line 341) on its circular route through the spa town (including the thermal baths, Marienplatz, clinics, and train station) – the guest card serves as your ticket Reduced admission to events, e.g. the historical city tour (regular price €9.00, €6.00 per person with the guest card) Discounts in the bonus booklet at numerous partner businesses in Bad Aibling. What are the cancellation terms?
The full amount of the booking is due for payment in full immediately upon completion of the booking. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Please check with your card provider in advance whether your credit card includes travel cancellation insurance. Otherwise, we recommend taking out separate travel cancellation insurance to cover any possible cancellation costs. The terms of the German Travel Association (DTV) apply.

How can I pay?
You can pay conveniently via PayPal or credit card directly through our booking system. Alternatively, payment by bank transfer is also possible on the day of booking.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, of course.

Where can I find the house rules?
You will receive the house rules in advance by email, and they are also available on site in your guest folder.

I haven't received a booking confirmation – what should I do?

How do I get to the house?
By car: from the A8 motorway, exit Bad Aibling, approx. 3 km to the town center, then head toward the Kurpark → Meggendorferstraße 1.
By train: get off at Bad Aibling station, approx. a 5-minute walk to us.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly at the house: 2 spaces in front of the garage and 4 behind the garden.

How does key handover work?
You will receive an individual 5-digit PIN code for the front door and the apartment. This is changed after every stay.

What time is check-in?
From 3:00 pm. Please call us about 30 minutes before you arrive.

What time do I need to check out?
By 10:00 am.

Is there a reception on site?
No, but we are reachable by phone and are nearby in person.

Is an early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

Can I cook there?
Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

Is there a coffee machine?
Yes, every apartment has a Philips Senseo pod coffee machine. Two pods are provided for you on arrival. It's easy to use: fill the water tank, place a Senseo pod in the pod holder, insert the pod holder (for 1 or 2 cups) and close the lid. Turn on the machine, press the desired cup size – the coffee brews automatically.

Is there a kettle?
Yes, every apartment has a kettle and a selection of teas.

Is there a hairdryer?
Yes, every apartment has a hairdryer.

Is there a fan?
Yes, there is a fan in every apartment.

How is trash disposed of?
Please dispose of waste in the designated bins on the property.

Is there a washing machine and drying facilities?
Yes, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement.

Where is the nearest store?
Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are within a few minutes' walk.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, several restaurants, cafés, and beer gardens are within walking distance.

How does the linen change work for longer stays?
For long-term stays, bed linen and towels can be changed for a fee of €7.

Is a mid-stay cleaning possible?
Yes, a mid-stay cleaning can be arranged directly with our cleaning staff and costs €59.

Is there WiFi?
Yes, free in all apartments.

Is there video surveillance?
Yes, the access areas and parking spaces are monitored by video. The recordings are used exclusively for security purposes and are automatically deleted after 60 days.

Am I allowed to have visitors?
Possible by prior arrangement. Celebrations and parties are not allowed.
