The spa gardens begin right outside our door. Open the door in the morning and you're standing among old trees; come home in the evening and mostly what you'll hear is nothing at all. We have six suites here - and a host who looks after the house herself, not a management company. Our guests rate us 4.9 out of 5 stars.

Almost everything is within walking distance: the train station in 250 m (4 min), Marienplatz in 350 m (5 min), Therme Bad Aibling spa in 750 m (10 min). The clinics are close too: Klinik St. Georg 400 m, RoMed Klinik and Kurmittelhaus Egger 900 m each, the rehab centre 1.8 km, Schön Klinik 2.1 km. Treatment there - relaxation here.

Park your car with us free of charge and explore Bad Aibling on foot or by bike - a covered bike rack is right at the house.

Suites 1, 3 and 5 offer 50 m², suites 2, 4 and 6 each offer 34 m². Every suite has its own kitchen, a box-spring bed with comfort topper, and a sofa bed. Suite 1 comes with a terrace and private garden; all the others have a south-facing balcony. For more space, book an entire floor - for up to seven people. Pets are warmly welcome too. Wi-Fi is included.

Many of our guests stay the classic three weeks of an outpatient spa treatment; others are accompanying a family member through a course of treatment. The house is set up for exactly that: your own kitchen, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and an invoice for your health insurer on request. 15% off from 40 nights.
