Are you looking for a low-barrier holiday apartment in Bad Aibling? Our suites are located right by the Kurpark – here you will find the honest facts about Suite 1 and Suite 2 on the ground floor: access, steps and what we have ready for you.

Access to Suite 1 and Suite 2

The main entrance of our house has 3 steps. Suite 1 can also be reached via the terrace door with just one step – often the easier option for guests with a walking aid. Suite 2 can only be reached via the 3 steps at the main entrance.

Storing a wheelchair or mobility scooter

During your stay, you can keep your wheelchair or mobility scooter dry and safe with us. Simply let us know when you book or on arrival.

Spa tax reduction for guests with severe disabilities

If you have a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 80, you pay the reduced spa tax (Kurbeitrag) of €1.75 instead of €3.00 per night on presentation of your German disability ID card (Schwerbehindertenausweis). If your ID card states that you require a permanent companion (marker B), your companion is fully exempt from the spa tax. Please bring your ID card to check-in.
