Entire first floor with two balconies

This special option includes the entire first floor of the house and offers two adjacent suites (No. 3 and 4) for up to 7 guests. From December 1 to 12, both apartments will be fully renovated, freshly painted, and newly furnished. The bedrooms will receive comfortable box-spring beds—one measuring 180 × 200 cm and the other 140 × 200 cm—and both living areas will be equipped with 160 cm sofa beds and new seating.
