The stated prices apply to 2 guests per night.
Each additional guest is charged €20 per night (please add during booking).
Pets are welcome and are charged €15 per pet per night (please add during booking).
A baby cot and high chair can be provided on request for a one-time fee of €20 per stay.
Intermediate cleaning can be booked on request for €50.
The final cleaning fee is €59 per stay.
The minimum stay is 3 nights. For stays of 3 nights, a surcharge of €16 per night applies; from the 4th night onward, this surcharge no longer applies.
The local tourist tax is €3 per person per night.
For long stays of 40 nights or more, we offer a 15% discount on the accommodation rate.
All prices include 7% VAT and are subject to the local tourist tax of the city of Bad Aibling.
