1. Key Information / About the Property

How many guests can stay?
Depending on the apartment, up to 2–4 guests. You can also rent an entire floor for groups of up to 7 guests.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Please note that pets must not be left unattended in the apartment.

Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are very welcome. Please ensure that children do not climb on chairs, tables or balcony railings.

Are a baby cot and highchair available?
Yes, we are happy to provide both on request. Please let us know before your arrival.

Is the property fenced?
No, but Kurpark Suites are located directly beside the Kurpark (spa gardens).

Is it suitable for remote work?
Yes, every apartment offers Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a quiet atmosphere.

Is it accessible for guests with disabilities?
Please contact us directly – some apartments are barrier-reduced but not fully wheelchair accessible.

2. Booking Details

How can I book?
You can book directly via our website, by phone, or through popular platforms such as Booking.com or Airbnb.

What are the cancellation terms?
The policies of the German Tourism Association apply. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, of course.

Where can I find the house rules?
You will receive them by email before arrival and also in your guest folder on site.

I haven’t received my booking confirmation – what should I do?

3. Check-In & Check-Out

How do I get to the property?
By car: Take the A8 motorway, exit Bad Aibling, then drive about 3 km into the town centre and follow the signs towards the Kurpark → Meggendorferstraße 1.
By train: Get off at Bad Aibling station – it’s a 5-minute walk to the Suites.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly at the property, and each apartment has an assigned space.

How does the key handover work?
You will receive a personal 5-digit PIN code for both the front door and your apartment. The code changes after every stay.

When is check-in?
From 3:00 p.m. – please give us a quick call about 30 minutes before you arrive.

When is check-out?
By 10:00 a.m.

Is there a reception on site?
No, but we are available by phone and nearby in person if needed.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, depending on availability and prior agreement.

Where is the nearest shop?
Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are all within a few minutes’ walk.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, several restaurants, cafés, and beer gardens are within walking distance.

Is there a contact person on site?

Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, both are included in the price.

Can I cook in the apartment?
Yes, each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

How do I dispose of rubbish?
Please use the designated bins provided.

Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, washing machines and dryers with coin operation are available in the basement.

5. Other Information

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments.

Is there video surveillance?
Yes, the entrances and parking areas are monitored for security purposes only. Recordings are automatically deleted after 60 days.

Can I receive visitors?
Yes, by prior arrangement. Parties and events are not permitted.
