How many guests are allowed?
Depending on the apartment, between 2 and 4 guests. You can also rent an entire floor for up to 7 people.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, upon request. Pets must not be left unattended in the apartment.

Is it suitable for children?
Yes, children are very welcome.
Please be cautious with balconies – children should not climb on chairs, tables, or railings.

Are baby cot and high chair available?
Yes, we will gladly provide a baby cot and high chair upon request. Please let us know before arrival.

Is the property fenced?
No, but the Kurpark Suites are located directly beside the idyllic spa gardens.

Is it suitable for workation?
Yes, each apartment has Wi-Fi, workspace and a quiet environment.

Is it suitable for guests with disabilities?
Please contact us directly – some apartments are barrier-reduced but not fully wheelchair accessible.

How can I book?
Directly via our website, by phone, or through major platforms (e.g. Booking, Airbnb).

What are the cancellation conditions?
The regulations of the German Tourism Association (DTV) apply.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to avoid unnecessary costs.

Do I receive an invoice?
Yes, of course.

Where can I find the house rules?
You will receive them by e-mail in advance and find them again in the guest folder on site.

I didn’t receive a booking confirmation – what should I do?
Please check your spam folder or contact us directly at 08061 / 93913366.

🍃 3. Check-in & Check-out

How do I get to the property?
By car: From the A8, exit Bad Aibling, approx. 3 km to the centre, then follow signs to Kurpark → Meggendorferstraße 1.
By train: Stop at Bad Aibling, approx. 5 minutes’ walk to us.

Is parking available?
Yes, free parking is available directly at the house. One space will be assigned to you.

How does key handover work?
You will receive a personal 5-digit PIN code for both the front door and your apartment.
It is changed after every stay.

When is check-in?
From 3:00 p.m. Please call us about 30 minutes before arrival.

When is check-out?
By 10:00 a.m.

Is there a reception on site?
No, but we are available by phone and nearby in person.

Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, upon request and depending on availability.

Where is the nearest shop?
Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies are within walking distance.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Yes, several restaurants, cafés and beer gardens are within walking distance.

Is there a contact person on site?
Yes, we are always reachable by phone at 08061 / 93913366.

Are towels and bed linen included?
Yes, both are included in the price.

Can guests cook in the apartment?
Yes, every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen.

How is rubbish disposed of?
Please use the designated bins on the property.

Is there a washing machine and dryer?
Yes, coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the basement.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free in all apartments.

Is there video surveillance?
Yes, access areas and parking lots are monitored.
Recordings are for security purposes only and deleted automatically after 60 days.

May I receive visitors?
Yes, upon prior agreement.
Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
